Please check out the order form attached.  You will see a variety of sizes offered this year as we want to have a mob of fans at every concert, festival, competition and event, cheering on our wonderful students!  We hope that you will take advantage of this order and purchase something with us.  Please note that every member of the marching band is already receiving a marching band t-shirt.  This order is for friends/family or if you would like to purchase a sweatshirt for your son/daughter.  The orders are due no later than Friday, Oct. 3 as we will be placing the order that same day.  We will not be able to place late orders.  

Volunteers Needed

We are charging people to park in our parking lots in order to attend the AJAX soccer tournament that will be held on our campus and the Mary Grogan field.  The tournament will take place on Saturday and Sunday, September 26-27 from 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM.  Please consider helping us for at least one shift.  Free feel to follow the links below to sign up online.  Potential Income = $3,000.00

Tri Tip Dinner, Concert, Silent Auction and Table Setting

Please join us for our final concert of the year.  The Wind Ensemble (4th period), Symphonic Band (5th period), Orchestra (8th period) and the Jazz Band (0 period) will all be performing.  This concert is in conjunction with our Tri Tip Dinner and Silent Auction.  


Tickets are $12 a plate or a table of 10 for $100.  Full tables are encouraged to compete in the table setting competition.  The table setting competition is your opportunity to get your friends together to have the best decorated table.  There is no limit to your creativity.  Dress yourselves and your table.  =-)

Please take a look at the attached form and consider being a part of the EIM Leadership Team.  This is a great way to get involved, steer the direction of the program as a student and this is the kind of stuff colleges love to see.  Please note the deadlines.

5:00 PM - Student Call Time (Attire Concert Blacks)
7:00 PM - Concert Begins
*******Following the concert everyone must stay until the gym and instrumental music room are clean.
8:45 PM - Dismissed (This could be sooner depending on how fast we clean up as a group)
